Questions

Do I lose my data if I do not pay?

No. Your outings, catches, photos and statistics are all on the free tier and stay there. Pro adds personal alerts and unlimited species recognition; it does not hold your log hostage.

What is a "personal alert"?

Baitprint records the exact conditions of every outing you log — wind, pressure, waves, tide, moon, and how far from sunrise or sunset it was. When a coming hour resembles hours you have already fished, it tells you how often those outings actually produced a fish. It needs about four of your own outings in similar conditions before it will show you a number at all, and it says so plainly until then.

Why does logging a blank matter?

Because a rate calculated only from catches is not a rate. "You caught fish 9 times in these conditions" means nothing without knowing how many times you tried. Blank trips are what turn a number into evidence, which is why logging one takes a single tap.

Can I cancel?

Any time, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. There is no cancellation fee and no email you have to send.

Is VAT included?

EU VAT is added at checkout where it applies, at your country's rate. Our payment provider handles it and issues the invoice.
