Unhappy with Pro? Email info@baitprint.com within 14 days of a charge and we refund it in full, without asking you to justify it.
This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to every payment for Baitprint Pro. The free features of Baitprint — the 7-day forecast, unlimited logging, photos, statistics and offline use — are free, so nothing here applies to them.
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal on digital services. Because a Pro subscription gives you immediate access to the paid features, you may be asked at checkout to consent to that access starting straight away and to acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory statutory rights.
Beyond the statutory minimum: if you are unhappy with Pro, email info@baitprint.com within 14 days of a charge and we will refund it in full, without asking you to justify it.
For an annual subscription cancelled later in its term, contact us and we will consider a pro-rata refund of the unused months.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and are normally processed within 10 working days. Payments are handled by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record, so the credit appears from them rather than from us.
A refund ends the paid features. Everything you logged stays yours: your sessions, catches and photos are untouched, and the free features keep working.
We do not refund charges for periods you have used in full and are simply choosing not to renew, and we may decline a refund where an account has been used in breach of section 6 of the Terms of Service.
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancelling stops the next charge and leaves Pro running until the end of the period you have already paid for; it is not the same as a refund of that period. If you want both, ask.
